Principal or Associate Level Structural Engineer
Salary: £65k-£75k
Location: Near Surbiton KT1
A Principal or Associate level Structural Engineer is required by this medium sized international structural engineering consultancy. They have offices in several locations through the UK and abroad. They work on a wide variety of buildings projects, often large mixed use multi storey urban developments. They pride themselves on their cutting edge engineering, with an interesting and varied workload. The office is a work hard play hard environment.

Responsibilities
* Lead projects and project teams to successful delivery on a variety of buildings projects, including large mixed-use, multi-storey urban developments.
* Hands-on design work alongside the project team.
* Mentor and develop graduates and junior engineers as part of the role.
* Proactively manage client relationships and communicate project progress and issues effectively.
Qualifications
* Chartered MICE or MIStructE is expected.
* Experience of managing reasonably sized projects with hands-on design and leading design teams.
* Plenty of reinforced concrete (RC) frame design experience is essential.
* Strong communication skills, proactive approach, and client-facing capabilities.
