Senior Customer Service Coordinator (FAR) – GAC Farnborough
Position Purpose: Under minimal supervision, coordinates and executes all aspects of Customer Visits, including Level One and VIP visits. Oversees the Customer Lounge operations.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Minimum three years of experience in public relations, customer service, or related fields.
* Background in aviation or high-end customer-focused industries is preferred.
Responsibilities:
* Creates a professional and positive first and lasting impression when greeting and interacting with customers, VIPs, dignitaries, and other visitors.
* Coordinates with all departments to support Level One customers, VIP visits, and customer events.
* Executes all aspects of Level One-VIP visits, including hotel accommodations, transportation, catering, entertainment, and other special requirements.
* Plans and coordinates high-profile customer events, such as the weekly customer appreciation breakfast and the Service Center customer dinner.
* Coordinates with hanger operations and ramp personnel on customer arrivals and technical debriefs.
* Recommends improvements to vendors, service personnel, facilities, and Customer Visit procedures to the Customer Relations Manager.
* Researches customs and cultural protocols for international customers to ensure exceptional service.
* Maintains a positive rapport among customers, Gulfstream employees, and local service suppliers to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Provides feedback to the Customer Relations Manager regarding customer perceptions and satisfaction levels, offering verbal and written recommendations for staffing and facility improvements.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Work Environment: Full-time, First shift, Up to 25% travel.
