An exciting opportunity is available at our Basingstoke studio for a Studio Assistant. The Studio Assistant role requires a minimum commitment of six hours per week and is offered as a three‑month fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of extension. The available shifts are Monday from 6pm to 9pm, Thursday from 6pm to 9pm, along with one additional shift every other weekend. Extra hours on offer to cover absence and holidays.
As a Studio Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of the studio by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and assisting with sales and stock replenishment. You'll work closely with the Studio Manager and team to ensure the studio is welcoming, safe and operating smoothly at all times.
What we are looking for:
Essential
* Previous customer-facing experience
* English GCSE or equivalent qualification / demonstrable communication skills
* Experience working towards a goal or target, demonstrated through previous roles or education
* Ability to attend mandatory training
* Examples of good time management
* Motivation to succeed and take on new challenges
Desirable
* Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
* Experience or interest in the health and beauty industry
* Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
