Warehouse Night Operative (FLT Counterbalance)
Location: Swindon
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Salary: £30,000 per year
Type: Temp to Perm
Are you a night owl with an FLT Counterbalance licence and a strong work ethic? We’re on the hunt for a reliable Warehouse Night Operative to join a busy and fast-paced distribution team in Swindon.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Operating FLT Counterbalance trucks safely and efficiently
*
Picking, packing, and dispatching goods
*
Unloading and loading vehicles
*
Keeping the warehouse organised and running smoothly
*
Working closely with your team to meet overnight targets
What You’ll Need:
*
A valid FLT Counterbalance licence
*
Previous warehouse experience (night shift preferred)
*
Great attention to detail
*
A positive attitude and strong communication skills
*
Reliability – this role is key to overnight operations
