Reporting to the Marketing Manager, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual with recent internship experience in digital marketing to kick-start their career in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will focus on driving our digital capabilities as well as supporting the broader commercial team in executing engaging marketing campaigns, scheduling social media content and community engagement.
The role also encompasses providing coordination of events management and general marketing support.
The fast-paced nature of this role and its wide-ranging responsibilities require an individual with immaculate attention to detail, an eagerness to learn, sharp intellect, strong multi-tasking skills and a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities:
Digital Management:
ADD key point of contact with Digital Agency
ADD’s lead coordinator for re-platforming both brand websites
Coordinate with Brand Team & Digital Agency to implement SEO development & strategy for Tomintoul & Glencadam brands post re-platforming
Enhancing digital touchpoints to increase visitor engagement, tour bookings and online sales
Manage & populate all internal updates to websites
Support Social Media Manger by managing community engagement via brand emails and social platforms & scheduling social media content
Event Management:
~ Oversee and assess the ADD global events calendar, ensuring effective planning, execution, and brand presence at key events. with attendance as required
General Marketing Support:
Oversee ADD brand submissions for global spirits competitions and serve as the primary point of contact
Provide general administrative support to the marketing department, including processing purchase orders and invoices
Assist the Commercial Team by supplying various digital content and materials such as images, copy, POSM, and promotional assets
Key Requirements:
Essential
Proficient with Microsoft Office packages such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator
Confident user of CMS (preferably Shopify)
Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms and associated scheduling technologies.
Ability to prioritise tasks and workloads effectively
Strong organisational skills
Full drivers licence
Desirable
SEO & paid search experience beneficial
Event management experience (desirable)
Educated to degree level or clear evidence of working within a Marketing Department (beneficial)
