Are you a qualified accountant with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for people-focused finance? We’re looking for a Management Accountant to take ownership of remuneration-related reporting and analysis across a dynamic and values-driven financial services group. About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in managing and delivering accurate, insightful financial information related to the group’s remuneration and share-based payment schemes. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across finance, reward, payroll, and distribution to ensure clarity, control, and collaboration in all things remuneration. What You’ll Be Doing Leading the preparation of actuals, budgets, and forecasts for all group remuneration and share-based payment schemes. Analysing and clearly articulating key variances at both group and entity levels. Maintaining robust controls around Investment Management (IM) team structures. Partnering with department heads and teams across the business to support remuneration-related queries and reporting. Supporting the production and review of IM P&Ls, new business scheme statements, and distribution commission statements. Contributing to the group and entity audit process. What You’ll Bring ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with significant post-qualification experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Confident communicator who can explain complex financial data clearly. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently. Collaborative mindset with a track record of building strong stakeholder relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Awareness of industry developments, emerging risks, and regulatory changes.
