Early Years Foundational Stage Practitioner (L2/3)

About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is seeking caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic level 2 or 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners to join a friendly and supportive nursery setting in Gloucester. You’ll be working with children aged 0–5, helping to create a fun, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can develop and thrive.
Your Responsibilities May Include (but are not limited to):
* Delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that support early learning
* Encouraging children’s play, curiosity, and emotional growth
* Assisting with daily routines including meals, toileting, and personal care
* Building positive and trusting relationships with children and their families
* Working collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe, caring environment
* Supporting observations, assessments, and planning
What We are Looking For:
* A warm, positive individual who is genuinely passionate about supporting young children
* Experience working with children in any capacity—nurseries, nannying, Au Pair work, clubs, or caring for siblings/relatives
* A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare/early years
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong communication skills, reliability, and a team-focused mindset
* A willingness to learn, grow, and develop within the role

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
