Job title - Senior Sales Negotiator, with goal of Sales Manager in 12-18 months time. Location - Harborne Salary - 23k-26k depending on experience OTE - £35k Requirements: 1 year's worth of Estate Agency Sales Negotiating experience. Our client, a successful multi-branch estate agency area is looking for a hungry individual for their Harborne branch. Enthusiasm and excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, along with the motivation to succeed and be the best. Job Responsibilities The ability to handle the Sales progression from start to finish, we only have one point of contact throughout the sales process, so clients are not past from pillar to post. Arranging and Conducting property viewing and providing feedback to Vendors The ability to help produce new listing advertisements from new instructions won by the sales director. Including organising paperwork to be signed, and organising photography, floor plans and EPC’s where necessary. Help manage and produce social media content on the following platforms; Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube and Facebook. - This would be very advantageous but not totally essential for the right candidate. Experience in CRM system Alto, able to upload properties to all portals, social media and registering applicants. - This would be very advantageous but not totally essential for the right candidate. Producing marketing reports each month for vendors, client care throughout process and manage clients expectations correctly. Ability to work alongside local solicitors and Mortgage brokers that we have strong existing relationships with. Able to comprehensively negotiate sales when offers come in, but also making sure all proof of funds are provided before putting an offer forward to any vendor and ensure everything is compliant to current AML regulation’s. Regular team meetings and planning for each quarter alongside the sales director. Strong organisation skills and the ability to deal with many different sales aspects going through at any given time. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience working as a Sales Negotiator Striving to exceed customer expectations whilst always having your own personally and team objectives in mind Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key Knowledge of the local area You will be well spoken and well presented You will be target driven and ambitious
