We are looking for an experienced administrator with a passion for compliance to join our business assurance team, working closely with the manager to support the UK business and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing initial responses to safeguarding concerns with support of Designated Safeguarding lead
* Supporting operational teams with guidance on statutory compliance processes
* Managing queries regarding policies and procedures across Business Assurance
* Allocating tickets created and managing an email inbox for the Business Assurance and Compliance teams
* Documentation control across policies, procedures and handbooks
Experience:
* Good communication
* Strong administration experience
* Demonstrate the ability to work to details and targets
* Self motivated and driven
* Resilient
