Over the past few years, we have crafted an outstanding programme to support our newly qualified social workers (NQSWs) in their Assessed and Supported Year of Employment (ASYE). This includes a dedicated ASYE assessor to oversee your first year in practice, both readily available to support your development.

The programme offers regular forums and workshops led by experienced practitioners, covering practical topics like well-being, workload management, practice issues, and more. These sessions provide opportunities to connect with fellow NQSWs, fostering a strong peer network from day one.

You will have full access to the comprehensive ASYE programme on offer in Newham, including access to the support from North East London Teaching Partnership.

We understand the importance of continuous learning and growth in your social work career. Beyond the ASYE programme there are other opportunities for you to access a wide range of training and development opportunities specific to your interests or learning needs
