Business Analyst – Part-Time (20 hours)
Salary: £27,000
Location: Cambridge (1 day in office fortnightly)

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a fintech client based in Cambridge. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, analysing complex processes, and delivering data-driven insights that influence business decisions.
The Role
You’ll work across new client requirements and implementations, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring business needs are translated into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
* Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
* Analyse processes, systems, and data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
* Produce detailed documentation including process flows, use cases, and requirements documents
* Lead workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
* Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management
What You’ll Bring
* 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
* Experience within motor lending, financing, or a related fintech environment
* Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and business process modelling
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualisation tools
* Solid understanding of project management methodologies
* Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity
