Senior Demand Planner | Sustainable Beauty Scaleup | London (Hybrid)

Harmonic is extremely proud to be working with a fast-growing sustainable beauty band that is looking for a senior demand planner to join its team.
This company is leading in the UK beauty industry by putting sustainability first focusing on upcycling ingredients and creating a range of high standard luxury beauty products. This brand is extremely innovative and has been featured in many of the leading magazines including Vogue and Elle. Their products are sold in a range of stores including Space NK, Sainsbury’s, Holland & Barrett and Wholefoods USA.
The brand is continuously growing internationally and is both D2C and B2B. The business is around c.£4m and have ambitious plans to continue growing. The company is values led and they put the wellbeing of their staff at the centre of what they do.
The Role:
This is a massive opportunity to work with a company looking to scale dramatically in the next few years. This Demand Planner role will play a pivotal part into helping to grow the company.
Duties:
* Manage inventory levels and stock movements across global warehouses using Inventory Planner (IP).
* Maintain accurate stock data and forecasting to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.
* Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to align inventory planning with fluctuating sales demand.
* Generate regular stock reports and analytics to inform inventory and sales strategies.
* Support daily coordination of stock transfers and warehouse operations.
* Handle end-of-month stock reporting and provide insights to the finance team.
* Manage logistics for large wholesale and international orders, including coordination with 3PL partners.
* Resolve issues related to shipping, warehouse SLAs, lost shipments, and claims with couriers and logistics partners.
* Track warehouse performance and maintain detailed logs of manufacturing or operational issues.
* Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to improve efficiency and accuracy in stock and logistics management.
Essential Experience (what our client would like to see):
* 3 + years of experience in demand planning or inventory management.
* Experience in Consumer Goods operations
* Knowledge of inventory management software in previous roles.
* Excellent communication skills and relationship building.
* Analytical with strong excel skills and data driven.
* Experience working in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
* Experience at working cross-functionally.
Non-Essential Experience (What we would like to see):
* Startup experience.
* Experience in building out processes and systems.
* Experience in FMGC/F&B/Retail/Consumer Goods.
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000
Location: London based (hybrid)
