The role
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and bar profitability of the hotel in conjunction with the restaurant management team and senior management. Your responsibilities include assisting in controlling and being accountable for the day-to-day restaurant operations, working closely with the group food and beverage trainer to ensure brand consistency, creating a welcoming environment for guests, deputising for the Restaurant Manager in their absence, and coaching and developing the Food and Beverage team.
