You will be reporting into a strategic asset lead, taking ownership of key estate functions and driving value across a diverse commercial portfolio. Your role as Senior Estate Surveyor:
* Drive asset optimisation across a varied commercial portfolio
* Lead on rent reviews, lease renewals & tenant negotiations
* Identify and deliver disposals, acquisitions & value creation opportunities
* Support strategic asset planning & capital pipeline delivery
* Manage external consultants, agents & key stakeholders
Your experience as a Senior Estate Surveyor:
* Proven MRICS qualified (or equivalent) surveying background
* Strong experience in landlord & tenant negotiations
* Demonstrable success in income generation & asset performance
* Background within public sector or complex portfolios
* Confident delivering reports & influencing senior stakeholders
