The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high quality multi-professional learning environments and will work locally within services and organisations to promote inter-professional learning opportunities. You should have a clear commitment to healthcare education, with excellent leadership, communication, change management, and organisational skills. You must be able to inspire staff and students, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to go the extra mile to enhance the learning culture. The role involves working across multiple Trust sites, collaborating with staff, learners, and partner organisations, and supporting professional development opportunities. External partners include:
