FinOps & Treasury Manager | Cambridgeshire (Hybrid) | £60,000 - £65,000 salary Our client is in a really exciting stage of growth within the FinTech industry, totally shaking up the payments space! They’ve got the kind of ambitious, collaborative culture you’d expect from a company scaling quickly, and this is a truly exciting time to join You will bring initiative and strong decision making, team management experience, and fintech expertise (particularly in card issuing, acquiring, processing or challenger banking), along with the ability to handle high volume transactions and large datasets, advanced Excel skills, multi-currency knowledge, and you must have strong attention to detail! What will you be doing?! This isnt just a standard treasury role, you will take total ownership of a growing function in a scaling fintech and help design and automate best-in-class finance processes from the ground up! Manage and mentor three wonderful Treasury Analysts, and support new product launches and client onboarding Sit at the heart of operations, safeguarding, reconciling and optimising client funds whilst ensuring strong controls and regulatory compliance Own fund management and payment approvals, oversee daily scheme settlements and fund movements and sign off client balances and safeguard movements Reconcile bank statements and cashbooks, lead continuous improvements to client fund processes and act as a key point of contact for clients Culture fit is as important for this role as your background - we're looking for someone to bring a lot of positive energy, confidence in decision making, and excellent management skills to really help take this function to the next level.
