Are you a passionate and skilled chef ready to step up and take charge in a fast-paced kitchen? Were looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to bring precision, creativity, to one of our new openings for key kitchen sections, at Coco's Cafe.
Your Main Duties:
Manage and run a designated section of the kitchen with confidence and finesse
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
Uphold impeccable hygiene standards and ensure your section meets all health and safety regulations
Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen assistants
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver seamless service
What Were Looking For:
Solid experience in a busy kitchen environment
Strong understanding of ingredients, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
A cool head under pressure and excellent time management
Passion for delivering high-quality, nutritious mealsespecially if you have experience cooking for vulnerable groups or healthcare settings
3 years experience minimum as Chef de Partie required.
