We are seeking a talented Employee Benefits Consultant to join the Commercial Consulting Team at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB). This is not just a job; it’s an opportunity to showcase your outstanding advisory skills and drive new business sales in a thriving environment.
This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office, allowing you to collaborate with a team of experts while also enjoying the benefits of remote work.
This role can be based out of: Bristol, Birmingham, Bournemouth or Chichester.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a portfolio of Healthcare and Protection clients by providing quality consulting advice and ongoing service.
* Ensure that revenue from this portfolio is profitable and expand business lines and service delivery where appropriate.
* Manage and develop strong client relationships and win new business.
* Work proactively with internal teams to deliver client expectations in line with agreed client account plans.
Qualifications
* Previous Healthcare or Group Risk related experience.
* Financial and commercial acumen, including fee negotiation skills.
* Strong relationship management skills.
* Inter‑personal, communication and time‑management skills.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
