Your new role
This role sits within a fast-paced private client department where you’ll provide dedicated support to fee earners across a varied caseload. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* preparing legal documents
* coordinating bundles
* managing incoming enquiries and ensuring accurate and timely file administration
* handle and create documents
* liaise with clients
* maintain the department’s systems and databases to help the team operate smoothly and efficiently.
What you'll need to succeed
* Prior experience in a legal secretarial role, ideally within a private client team
* Available for part-time work
* Fast and accurate typing skills, including audio typing
* Strong organisational ability and a calm, efficient approach to managing competing tasks
* Confidence using legal case management systems and maintaining accurate digital records
* A high level of attention to detail and a proactive, professional manner
