Part‑time Administrative Assistant – Barford Primary School
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands, United Kingdom.
Job type: Permanent, term time only, 20 hours per week, starting January 2026.
Hours of work: 11 am – 4 pm on Wednesday and 8 am – 4 pm on Thursday & Friday.
Salary: Grade 2 FTE £24,027 – £25,992.

Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for parents, pupils, staff and visitors.
* Manage incoming calls, e‑mail and front‑desk queries.
* Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and distributing information.
* Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
* Warm, professional and confident with the public.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office).
* Committed to safeguarding and child welfare.
