Yateley School is recruiting Exam Invigilators to support our GCSE and A Level examinations from mid-May to the end of June 2026, with some additional sessions in December/January and on other ad-hoc dates during the year.
You will join a friendly team of over 16 invigilators and will be asked to provide your availability ahead of each exam season. Morning exams require you to be on site from 8:15am, and some afternoon sessions may run beyond 3:10pm. Allocation of work will depend on availability and number of invigilators required for each exam.
What we're looking for:
· Reliability, flexibility and a calm, reassuring presence.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic IT skills (email and mobile messaging).
· Confidence to give clear instructions and manage an exam room.
No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided. Initial training will take place Monday 17th November AM, with on-the-job training during Year 11 mocks which run 2nd December – 12th December.
Applicants must be 18 or over and hold GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.
