About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to join a world‑class team where patient care and attention to detail are paramount. You will support patients throughout their entire journey — from initial consultation to surgery and recovery — providing reassurance, education, and compassionate clinical care.
In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will also contribute to the hospital’s digital presence. Social media plays a key role in engaging new patients, and you will help showcase the consultant’s work and the hospital’s values with professionalism, sensitivity, and creativity.
Working closely with the consultant surgeon, you will ensure every patient receives a seamless, personalised, and exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding pre‑ and post‑operative care within a clinical environment

Support the consultant during consultations and procedures with professionalism and discretion

Act as a key point of contact for patients, ensuring comfort and continuity throughout their journey

Provide clear, detailed patient education to build trust and understanding

Contribute to social media content creation, showcasing results and patient care with sensitivity

Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of safety, ethics, and confidentiality
