Electrician – Renewables (Liberty)
Maidstone, Dartford, Canterbury & Folkstone
Energy Transition Team
Join our Liberty Energy Transition team and help make homes greener, safer and more efficient. You’ll carry out Solar PV, Fan and ASHP installations, deliver high-quality electrical work, and provide an excellent customer experience from start to finish .
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the friendly expert customers rely on — completing installations, diagnosing faults, carrying out safety checks and ensuring every job is safe, compliant and completed to a high standard.
Trusted & Accountable
You take pride in your work — managing tools, vehicles and records responsibly.
You’ll follow all H&S procedures including RAMS, asbestos reporting and DNO requirements, ensuring every installation is safe and compliant .
Innovative & Future-Ready
You’ll plan materials, follow drawings and use your tablet to capture job details. No two days are the same — your ability to think ahead and problem-solve helps us continually improve .
Helpfully Smart
Whether completing a full installation or resolving a fault, you’ll bring precision, organisation and reliability. You’re confident working independently or as part of a team, and you’re flexible with regional travel or occasional overtime .
Qualifications You’ll Need
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths & English
Recognised Electrical apprenticeship and/or full electrical qualifications
City & Guilds 2391-52
18th Edition I.E.E
MCS accreditation knowledge/experience
PAS 2030 familiarity (Desirable)
G98/G99 understanding
Solar PV Qualification (one of):
• C&G 2399 Solar PV
• LCL Level 3 Solar PV
• BPEC Solar PV Installer
ECS Gold Card
Full driving licence
