Multiskilled Operative needed in Nottingham, £20.48ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1633818 Install, repair, and maintain joinery and carpentry items (e.g., doors, roofs, kitchens, staircases, flooring, fencing). Carry out additional trade work (e.g., plumbing, plastering, brickwork, painting) as required. Conduct fault finding, assessments, and proactive maintenance. Ensure compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, and equality standards. Support apprentices and trainees, sharing technical knowledge and best practices. Maintain records using digital devices and ensure high standards of workmanship. Participate in flexible working arrangements, including out-of-hours service cover. This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
