Utility Truck Loader - Headland, AL

7. Willingness to work overtime, when necessary

9. Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, including but not limited to: able to lift up to 50 lbs, must be able to push/pull up to 100 lbs, stand/sit/walk for extended periods of time, squat/kneel, climb stairs/ladders, operate vibrating equipment/power tools/assistive transfer devices, work in a variety of environmental conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
10. Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture
11. Full compliance with all Employee Safety and Food Safety laws, regulations and rules of Golden Peanut Company and ADM
12. Takes sample products from trucks and seals such, following completion of lab analysis and loading to ensure correct content, volume and weights
13. Properly records, closes, tightens and seals trucks after loading and inspection
14. Operates valves, filler pipes and transfers products from holding facilities to transportation equipment
15. Inspects interior of trucks for cleanliness and exterior for leaks or damage
16. Monitors and processes carefully, to ensure the efficient transfer of product to transportation vehicles
17. Verifies truck numbers with loading instructions to ensure accurate placement of cars by crew
18. Fills out Inspection Reports after checking trucks
19. Cleans up spills in area
20. Prepares and presents bill of lading to the drivers of the loaded trucks
21. Works in teams to coordinate tasks to efficiently and accurately load products into trucks
22. Operates skid loaders, forklift trucks and related equipment
23. Maintains work area in a neat and orderly manner at all times
24. Performs routine maintenance of department equipment such as greasing hanger bearings, washing screens, pulling covers, working on baghouses and unplugging conveyor presses
25. Troubleshoots work-related problems, by talking to co-workers and Supervisors about problems and giving potential solutions
26. Cleans the department regularly, sweeping lost product from floors, dusting the office and controls area
27. Familiarizes themselves with the hazards in their work area and how to protect themselves
28. Any other duties assigned by Lead Person or Supervisor

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay for this position is expected to be:
$16.75 Hourly plus $1.50 SD when on nights
