The company seeks a Regional Sales and Business Development Manager for Northern Ireland. The role involves developing relationships with customers, key industry stakeholders, and managing sales strategies to maximize regional growth. Responsibilities include strategic planning, technical product presentation, distribution optimization, account management, sales team leadership, and policy enforcement. The candidate will also contribute to company development and team motivation.
Requirements include a third-level qualification in Agriculture or Business, proven sales management experience, technical knowledge of the agri-sector, strong commercial skills, leadership capabilities, and a full clean driver’s license.
