The Job Summary: To lead and manage the Electrical, Electronics and Software Engineering function, ensuring the delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions across product development, systems integration, and engineering operations. The role will drive strategic direction, technical excellence, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. The Role: Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of electrical, control systems, and software engineers. Oversee the design, development, and integration of electrical systems, embedded electronics, and software platforms. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for engineering projects. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Product Management, Operations) to align engineering outputs with business goals. Ensure design processes in both teams are of suitable standard for todays applications Ensure proper control and release of all SW versions internally & externally Drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering practices and technologies. Represent the engineering function in senior leadership meetings and external engagements.
