Desired Skills and Experience
1. A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally working for a main contractor or a specialist subcontractor.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements
10. A BSc in Quantity Surveying or a degree in Cost Management or similar is preferred.
11. Ideally, a Chartered member of the RICS, or a commitment to achieve Chartered status
