Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor /FCILEx or a highly experienced Paralegal to join a law firm based in Skegness, Lincolnshire. This is a permanent, full-time job with remote working. Other benefits include a 25 day holiday allowance plus bank holidays and Christmas week closure, flexible / hybrid or fully remote working and performance bonus.
Role Responsibilities
The incoming Senior Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive will be responsible for assisting with allocation of work within the department, as well as assisting with training and supervision of junior team members. Some of the daily duties will include:
* Managing a full caseload of Private Client matters.
* Performing fee-earning work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firm’s quality risk management procedures.
* Assisting the Head of Department with management of junior team members.
Person Specification
Applications are sought from Solicitors, Legal Executives or highly experienced Fee‑Earners / Paralegals with experience in dealing with all aspects of Private Client matters. You will also:
* Have excellent IT skills
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Have a professional telephone manner
