Maintain a high profile around the development/office, ensuring our residents are checked within our requirements.

1. Carry out daily checks to ensure the building is safe and secure. Maintain records in line with internal procedures, ensuring all data is protected and kept secure at all times. Keep all communal areas, gardens, and grounds clean and maintained through effective management of contractors.
2. Be responsible for ensuring all works are completed, including raising orders, managing contractors, monitoring progress, and signing off completion.
3. Encourage and support the formation of a Residents Association, working with them to enhance the customer experience. Help build a sense of community by supporting a Social Committee to plan and run social events for residents.
4. Build and maintain links with residents' family members, local authorities, doctors, social workers, health authorities, etc., as appropriate.
5. In case of an emergency, call the appropriate response team or authorities.
6. Assist with sales listed with our partner company, Retirement Homesearch. Make new residents feel welcome and help them settle in, being present to greet them where possible.
7. Collaborate with your local peer team of Development Managers for advice and support. Travel to team and company meetings as required.
8. Customer Service: Provide an exceptional level of customer service at all times, ideally in a face-to-face environment.
9. Communication: Be a natural communicator, capable of resolving issues and complaints effectively.
10. Health & Safety: Understand the importance of health & safety, with experience in handling challenging or emergency situations.
11. IT Skills: Operate Microsoft Office applications confidently and be eager to learn new systems.
12. Administration: Be organized, methodical, and experienced in maintaining accurate records.
13. Personal Attributes: Outgoing personality, able to build professional relationships, self-motivated, proactive, team-oriented, and innovative.
