Role Overview: Are you a skilled and adaptable administrator looking for an exciting opportunity in an education environment? We are seeking two highly organized administrators to support our education teams at St Elizabeths. Working closely with the Office Manager and leadership team, you will provide efficient front-of-house administration and develop our learner data monitoring systems.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing day-to-day admin support, responding to inquiries from staff, parents, families, external agencies, and authorities.
* Scheduling and attending meetings, taking minutes, and distributing paperwork.
* Maintaining and developing information systems and databases.
* Extracting, collating, and summarizing data for reports and statistics.
About You: The ideal candidates will have experience in administration, excellent understanding of office systems and databases, strong Excel skills, and preferably experience in education. You should be organized, able to multitask, flexible, and possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively at all levels.
