Based at the edge of the South Downs National Park on the south coast of England, a short distance from Brighton and within easy reach of London, Crossways has an excellent reputation for providing high-quality, personalized care for clients and their pets. We are well established in the area with many loyal clients.
Facilities include laser, laparoscopy, ultrasound, dental X-ray, digital X-ray, in-house laboratory equipment, and full soft tissue and orthopaedic equipment.
Our rota
The full-time role entails working 40 hours across 4 or 5 days per week plus a share in the Saturday morning rota (~2:6). Part-time hours are flexible and tailored around the individual. Our main site operates from 9 am - 6 pm, and branch sites from 8:30 am - 6 pm. We are open on Saturday mornings from 8:30 am - 12 pm. Consulting sessions are varied within our opening hours with lots of flexibility. There is no Out of Hours work.

Our supportive team
You will work with 5 other vets, 9 registered veterinary nurses, 1 student nurse, and 12 support staff. Our team includes Advanced Practitioners and specialists in Small Animal Medicine, Emergency & Critical Care, and Surgery.
We actively participate in community events and collaborate with charities like Dogs Trust, Guide Dogs, RSPCA, and Cats Protection.
