Job Description
Key Responsibilities;
* Manage the CEO's diary, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision.
* Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
* Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodation bookings.
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Organise and manage key business events and executive meetings.
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for the CEO's office.
* Support the CEO in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful EA should have:
* Proven experience in a senior-level executive assistant or similar role.
* A strong understanding of the insurance industry or comparable professional environments.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
* Attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
