A leading national law firm is seeking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor, to support the continued growth of its corporate offering in Birmingham. With significant investment in its regional offices and a strong reputation, this is a rare opportunity to join a firm looking to continue on a strong growth trajectory.
The corporate team advises a diverse client base, including entrepreneurial businesses, family-owned companies, private equity investors, and established corporates. The work is high-quality and varied, covering:
* M&A transactions
* Business sales and acquisitions
* Shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and investment work
* Corporate governance and general advisory matters

The Candidate
* England and Wales qualified solicitor.
* Experienced Corporate Solicitor with proven transactional expertise
* Excellent commercial and technical skills
* Entrepreneurial, ambitious mindset with a desire to play a central role in firm growth
