Project Worker 2 (Torbay Exceed Child Sexual Exploitation Worker)
Location: Torbay | Contract type: Permanent | Hours: 37 per week | Salary: £27,573
We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team. This is a full-time post working directly in the heart of Torbay, Devon. You will work across the area to change the response to Child Sexual Exploitation and support young people who have experienced harm. This role is a standalone service and you will be responsible for the direct 1-2-1 delivery of this service, supported by a team manager and a network of experienced practitioners within the EXCEED team.

Responsibilities
* Deliver direct 1-2-1 support to young people identified as experiencing harm via sexual exploitation.
* Build on existing relationships to support identified young people and collaborate with professionals to respond to concerns.
* Promote increased protective strategies, recovery and ongoing support for young people.
* Work collaboratively with the young person and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and interventions.
Qualifications and Skills
* Works well individually and can be self-motivated.
* Inspires change and builds confidence in young people around exploitation.
* Experience working with children, young people and families.
* Comfortable managing a caseload of young people.
* Confident speaking in public spaces and in multiagency meetings.
* Happy to work online and in groups.
* Wide understanding of Child Sexual Abuse via Exploitation and related dynamics.
