We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable person to join our team at Vienna Bakery! As a part‑time office assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in ensuring our bakery runs smoothly.
Hours: Monday to Friday, approx. 9 am – 1 pm (flexible hours available) and some occasional Saturday shifts.
Duties
* Entering orders and updating customer details
* Answering the phone and assisting with enquiries
* Dealing with customers, ensuring great service and handling queries
* Helping with administrative tasks in the office
Ideal Candidate
* Friendly, approachable, and customer‑focused
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable with basic computer tasks and office software
* Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus but not essential.
