Were looking for an Admin Team Managerto join our Business Support Team, a multi-skilled group of professionals who provide responsive, high-quality administrative support across our Homes and Wellbeing services. This role is pivotal in managing the administrative support provided directly to our Care and Support Services across the region.
What youll be doing: Leading and motivating a dispersed team of Administrators.
Managing day-to-day workloads and ensuring the delivery of efficient, high-quality admin services.
Building strong working relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders.
Driving continuous improvement and adapting services to meet changing business needs.
Overseeing financial and administrative systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Supporting change management and promoting a positive, inclusive culture aligned with our CLEAR values.
What were looking for: Proven experience managing and developing teams, ideally in a social care or customer-focused environment.
Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, with excellent attention to detail.
A proactive approach, able to work independently and make informed decisions.
A commitment to quality and a genuine desire to help others and support the wider community.
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Business Administration or Customer Services.
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle -regular travel across the region is required.
