We are the leading collaboration platform for regulatory reporting. Our award-winning low-code platform is trusted by over 1,000 users across global financial institutions, standard-setting bodies and regulators to deliver the industry's Digital Regulatory Reporting programme – an open-source, standardised and machine-executable expression of the rules.
We're a fast-growing team of regulatory and engineering experts, founded by a former Goldman Sachs Engineering MD, headquartered in London with a growing international client base.
The Role
You will own the product direction and delivery for our platform, working at the intersection of our engineering and client services teams and collaborating with the broader financial industry to ensure we're building the right things in the right order.
What you'll do:
* Own and prioritise the product backlog, translating client needs, industry developments and strategic goals into clearly defined user stories and acceptance criteria
* Define and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring alignment across engineering, commercial and leadership stakeholders
* Work closely with engineering teams through sprint planning, refinement and review ceremonies, delivering valuable increments to users each sprint
* Engage directly with clients, trade associations and industry working groups (e.g. ISDA, FINOS) to gather requirements, validate product decisions and represent the platform's capabilities
* Champion user experience across our suite of tools, driving continuous improvement based on feedback and usage data
* Own release planning and management, including release notes, documentation and production deployments
* Monitor and analyse product metrics and client adoption patterns to inform priorities and measure feature impact
* Collaborate with the data modelling team to ensure alignment between platform capabilities and domain models for Securities, Derivatives, Commodities and FX reporting obligations
* Identify client adoption challenges and feed common pain points back into the product
* Provide regular updates to colleagues and stakeholders on product status, risks and upcoming changes
About You
* Demonstrable experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role in a technology or software product company
* Genuine interest in capital markets, financial products and regulatory processes (evidenced through professional experience, education or personal activities)
* Analytical mind with strong attention to detail; ability to break complex requirements into well-structured deliverables
* Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to write clearly and convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
* Proactive ownership mindset, focused on outcomes not just outputs
* Ability to manage expectations, resolve conflicts and prioritise under competing demands
* Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and tools such as Airtable, Notion or similar
* Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineers – comfortable discussing APIs, data models, release pipelines and integration patterns
* Exposure to the software engineering lifecycle (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, testing processes)
* Bachelor's degree in a business or STEM subject
Nice to have:
* Exposure to financial products and their transaction lifecycle, particularly regulatory reporting, trade reporting or post‑trade processing
* Experience with domain‑specific languages (DSLs), low-code platforms or model‑driven development
* Data modelling, data engineering or business analysis experience with strong financial markets focus
* Experience working with open-source communities or industry standard-setting bodies (e.g. ISDA, FINOS, FIX)
* Product analytics tools and data-driven product decision experience
* International experience and/or foreign languages
