Complex Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Class 1 Drivers for a variety of ongoing and immediate-start contracts based in Maidstone. The role involves trailer swaps and store delivery work, covering chilled, frozen, and ambient goods.

Your responsibilities as a Class 1 Driver:
* Carrying out trailer swaps and store delivery work (chilled/frozen/ambient)
* Completing and checking all delivery paperwork
* Complying with internal company processes and policies
* Representing the business professionally during customer interactions
* Conducting daily vehicle checks and maintaining vehicle standards
* Following all UK driving laws, tachograph regulations, and working time directives
About the Class 1 Driver within you:
* Must hold a valid UK Class 1 (C+E) driving licence
* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
* Minimum 1 year Class 1 UK driving experience
* Must have driven at least 180 days in the last 2 years in the UK
* No more than 6 minor points on licence
* Must pass Working Time & Highway Code tests
* Willing to undertake a drug and alcohol test
* Able to pass a manual and written assessment
* Able to handle queries professionally when dealing with clients
* Works well independently and as part of a team
* Flexible, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards
* Strong understanding of time-critical, fast-paced delivery operations
