The Practice Educator role involves enhancing the learning environment by providing educational input and development activities for registered nurses, clinical support workers, and other learners.
In collaboration with the Education Team, Clinical Nurse Manager, and Senior Charge Nurses, you will coordinate and facilitate educational needs and resources within the Paediatric Critical Care Unit to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
You will also be responsible for administrative duties, motivating staff to maintain high standards of clinical education, and acting as a role model.
