We are now looking to grow our team by hiring an HR Systems and Data Analyst who will bring together the various data sources into clear reports and dashboards to support better decision making.
You will add impact at Ovarro by;
* Consolidate and validate people data from a variety of sources, including HR systems and local records.
* Design and implement processes that ensure people data is captured, maintained, and updated consistently across the Group.
* Develop approaches to improve the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of people information.
* Work with HR colleagues to ensure that core people metrics are well maintained and can be effectively used for reporting.
* Provide clear and timely insights to support workforce planning, organisational design, compensation planning, and utilisation.
* Develop an understanding of the backend of systems for the purposes of making alterations and changes to allow for better data understanding and manipulation
Candidates should have;
* Previous experience in a Data Analyst position
* Experience managing and reporting on data from multiple sources, including spreadsheets, databases, and HR systems.
* Demonstrated track record of improving data processes and delivering meaningful reporting solutions.
* Advanced Power BI skills (or similar visualisation tools).
* Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to structure and validate large datasets.
* Knowledge of HR data domains (Advanced Power BI skills (or similar visualisation tools).
