The Wave, Bristol, is recruiting Customer Service Team Members for our 2025 season! We have a full-time, fixed-term contract available.
Role Overview: As a Customer Service Team Member, you will play an essential role in our visitors' overall experience. As the first point of contact via phone, email, social media, or live chat, you will set the tone for an incredible visit at our groundbreaking venue. Our team is a fountain of knowledge about The Wave and assists visitors throughout their experience.

Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, social media, or live chat
* Handle customer queries and complaints to resolve issues effectively
* Promote The Wave products and encourage sales
* Achieve company KPIs, including customer satisfaction, financial goals, and SLA targets
* Maintain attention to detail and pursue continuous improvement
* Use initiative and take proactive approaches to challenges
* Ensure compliance with health & safety rules and attention to detail in communication
