We support customers from initial build to final handover, offering specialised productsincluding flame-retardant optionsand maintain large stocks across the UK to ensure quick and reliable supply.
We’re looking for a proactive Internal Account Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone taking their first steps into sales. Your main responsibility is to contact existing customers regularly, ensuring ongoing engagement with key site contacts. You will also manage an
assigned customer ledger, building relationships and identifying opportunities to grow revenue across those accounts.
What you'll be doing:
* Proactively contact existing customers to maintain regular engagement
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with key site contacts
* Manage your own customer ledger and develop growth opportunities
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across product ranges
* Log activity accurately to support sales tracking and reporting
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer journey
* Working alongside the area sales managers with a hybrid approach to ensure customers get the best service always
