Job Overview
Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon, and you will be expected to attend the office. There is flexibility on where you are based at other times. You will be required to work at a National Trust location for 40‑60% of your working week – this will be discussed in more detail at interview.
Reporting to the Creative Manager, you will lead design and visual communication as part of the Trust’s in‑house creative team. You’ll be responsible for crafting innovative creative solutions for business areas across the organisation (including fundraising, commercial, membership, visitor experience and more). You’ll lead quality visual communication and creative innovation, working closely with strategists, writers, digital media specialists, production and the wider marketing team to create compelling work that is original, clear and impactful.

We’re looking for an experienced Design Lead to join our in‑house creative team at the National Trust. Our Communications and Marketing directorate plays a key role in telling remarkable stories and promoting the mission of Europe’s largest conservation charity.
