Are you looking for an exciting career move where you can really make a difference? The leadership team at Belford Hospital is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Manager to join our small, friendly team. This is a part-time, fixed-term post to complement our established team.
Fort William is the outdoor capital of the UK, offering unparalleled opportunities for outdoor leisure pursuits, stunning scenery and wildlife, low crime levels, and good schools in a friendly and supportive community, all within 2 hours' drive of Inverness, Edinburgh, and Glasgow.
Based primarily at Belford Hospital, a busy Rural General Hospital in Fort William covering a large geographical area, it features a 24-hour Emergency Department, a 19-bed acute receiving ward, and a 12-bed Rehabilitation ward.
You will be working as an integral part of the Senior Management Team and will participate in the on-call rota.
Within this role, you will provide professional clinical leadership and develop practices within Belford Hospital. We are looking to appoint a dynamic and inspiring leader who will lead and manage a diverse and motivated nursing team.
This is a great opportunity to influence and develop services through the redesign of Belford Hospital and to develop a sustainable model for the future.
