3. Accident Repair Bodyshop Environment
4. Previous Bodyshop Experience Advantageous
Key duties of the Trainee VDA / Estimator include:
5. Assisting with vehicle estimates and repairs
6. Supporting the VDA team with vehicle check-ins and check-outs
7. Gaining exposure to parts ordering and vehicle auditing processes
8. Learning and developing skills to progress within the VDA / Estimator role
9. Contributing to the efficient operation of the workshop
Requirements for the Trainee VDA / Estimator position:
10. Ideally some experience in a bodyshop environment
11. Enthusiastic and eager to learn new skills
12. Excellent attention to detail
13. Good communication skills
14. Previous experience as a MET Technician, VDA, or Parts Advisor is advantageous
