Job Description
As a Responsible Gambling Support Advisor, you will help and support customers ensuring they receive the best service and adhere to our Responsible Gambling policies.
The Responsible Gambling Support team supports the Company’s Responsible Gambling strategy through interacting with customers who may be at risk of harms associated with gambling.
Your progression and success will be supported from your first day and, as an ever-evolving department, you will continuously expand your knowledge and skill set on a daily basis.
Excellent customer service skills and a keen interest in supporting our customers are essential. Relevant training will be provided on all aspects of the role.
This position is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
Qualifications
* Exceptional listening skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong motivation to prioritise the customer.
* Effective problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
* Understanding of customer needs.
* Competent computer, literacy and numeracy skills.
Additional Information
* Assisting customers via email, Live Chat and telephone.
* Providing support for customers who demonstrate signs of problematic gambling.
* Using internal tools to assist and take ownership of customer enquiries.
* Liaising with internal departments to resolve issues.
* Escalating queries where necessary.
* Promoting safer gambling practices.
* Keeping up to date with policies, procedures and licencing requirements.
* Addressing responsible gambling queries and complaints.
