The Role We’re looking for experienced Joiners to carry out a mix of domestic and commercial work, including maintenance, repairs, and new construction projects. What You’ll Be Doing: * Joinery Repairs & Maintenance – Carrying out high-quality work in homes and businesses. * 1st, 2nd & 3rd Fix Joinery – Working on a range of construction projects. * Customer Interaction – Discussing requirements and delivering excellent service. * Working to Specifications – Following plans, drawings, and work sheets accurately. * Mobile Working – Moving between sites with minimal supervision. * On-Call Work – Taking part in the company’s out-of-hours response team (£700 per week!). * Mentoring Apprentices – Supporting the next generation of skilled workers. * Admin Tasks – Completing necessary paperwork accurately. * Driving – Using company vehicles safely and responsibly. What We’re Looking For: * Joinery Expertise – Strong background in 1st & 2nd fix joinery, repairs & maintenance. * Kitchen Fitting – Ability to install kitchens to a high standard. * Qualifications – NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in Carpentry & Joinery (proof required). * Experience – At least 2 years’ post-apprenticeship experience. * Tools & Equipment – Own hand tools required (power tools provided). * Driving Licence – Full UK licence required. * CSCS Card – Desirable but not essential. * Health & Safety – Due to safety requirements, you must be clean-shaven daily.
