Electronics Technician in Great Yarmouth UP TO 28K
Technique Recruitment Solutions are delighted to be working on behalf of a leading leading provider of high-quality underwater acoustic solutions for customers working in both inland waterway and marine hydrographic surveying, dredging and marine-research fields.
We are looking for an Electronics Technician.
Main Responsibilities:
• Manufacture of wiring assemblies, sub-assemblies and final products
• Inspection of assemblies manufactured by other members of Production
• Inspection of supplier’s parts
• Packing goods for dispatch
• Ensure Health & Safety requirements are observed
• The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated to achieve the company goals
Essential skills:
• Building electronic assemblies and Cable laying
• Be able to solder to IPC standards and be confident with crimping techniques
• Be aware of ESD precautions and knowledge of HV dangers
• Be able to follow engineering drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high quality products
• Good level of computer literacy and use of Microsoft office
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to continue to learn and develop
• Excellent team player
