Role Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and operational excellence within the retail environment. You will lead a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors, ensuring that every customer receives a hyper-personalized, "skin-first" experience. You will oversee the seamless integration of in-store services with digital platforms and manage inventory with data-driven precision to meet the demands of a fast-paced, trend-sensitive market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership & Strategy
* Achieve Targets: Define and execute sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual KPIs (Revenue, UPT, AUR, and Conversion).
* Performance Tracking: Use AI-driven analytics and CRM tools to monitor individual and store performance, providing real-time coaching to close gaps.
* Market Awareness: Stay ahead of 2026 beauty trends, including the surge in K-Beauty standards, multifunctional "skin-first" makeup, and at-home beauty tech.
2. Unified Customer Experience
* Omnichannel Integration: Manage the "Phygital" journey, ensuring customers can seamlessly transition from social media discovery (e.g., TikTok Shop) to in-store testing and professional consultation.
* Personalization: Lead the team in using diagnostic tools (AI skin analysis) to provide tailored product routines that focus on long-term efficacy and wellness.
* Conflict Resolution: Handle escalations with empathy, ensuring that brand loyalty is maintained through superior service recovery.
3. Team Management & Development
* Training: Conduct regular workshops on ingredient literacy (e.g., PDRN, peptides, retinal) and advanced application techniques.
* Culture Building: Foster a supportive, high-energy environment that rewards initiative and authentic customer connection.
* Scheduling: Manage roster planning to ensure optimal floor coverage during peak retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
4. Operations & Merchandising
* Inventory Control: Oversee stock levels and supply chain coordination to prevent stockouts of viral "hero" products while minimizing shrinkage.
* Visual Merchandising: Ensure store aesthetics and product displays align with brand standards and seasonal "animation" calendars to maximize ROI.
* Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and 2026 sustainability/packaging regulations.
